We thought: It's about time we told you briefly about the consequences for Fraenck. Below is a brief summary with some general information, and below that some more information about our latest product: The mouthguards.

The shop is open as usual! Monday to Saturday 09:00-17:30. We have taken measures to make shopping safe. Max 2 customers at the same time in the shop, disinfectant is ready-to-use.
Due to the large volume of orders, it can sometimes take a day longer for us to post your order. On top of that, the delivery services are extremely busy. We do everything we can to deliver your order as fast as possible, so it will take a little longer than usual. We will keep this page updated as best we can, so you can see when your order was posted. Please note that we do not always send a track&trace mail, because with 3 or less mouth caps we send the order via letter mail. Please let us know if it really takes too long for your order to arrive, so we can see what we can do about it.
We have changed the offer for people with crucial/vital occupations. Previously we offered a 50% discount on masks for these professions, but since yesterday (13-05) we have had to reduce this to 30%. We have had to do this because otherwise we cannot keep up with the demand and the orders. We hope for your understanding!

Backstory / info face masks:

At the beginning of March, we quickly started making mouthguards. After days of desk research and listening to feedback from our first customers (individuals and an expert dentist :)) we have continued to improve our design. It was a quest, but now we have a design we can stand behind 100%. We have also written an extensive manual in which a lot of research and time has been spent. Because we also believe: Even though it is not a medical product, these cotton facemasks should be handled with care. Many are now sold without any form of manual or instruction and that can be counterproductive!

During the production process we clean all our machines and wear gloves at every step in the process, from cutting to shipping. We make our mouthguards out of 100% cotton, which is important - you can wash them at 60 degrees.

We cut the stainless steel nose strips to size and file the edges by hand. This is not a wire, but a solid strip that you can bend often. After washing, it stays in the shape of your nose and it even closes so well that your glasses do not fog up. The elastic bands go around the head, providing a comfortable fit. A lot more comfortable than elastic around your ears! Thanks to the hooks, you can easily loosen the elastics so you don't have to touch the mask at all. If it is too loose, you can easily shorten the elastic with a knot.
