Returns

After receiving your purchase, you have 14 days to return the product. You have to pay the shipping costs yourself. We will send you a new product or we will refund your payment within 5 working days. The choice is yours!

Obligations during the cooling-off period

During your 14 day cooling off period you can unpack and use the product as you would in a shop. If you use your product in such a way that it is no longer in a retail condition, there is a good chance that we will not be able to refund you the purchase price.

Shipping costs in case of withdrawal

You must pay for the return shipment yourself.

Obligations of Fraenck in case of withdrawal.

If you notify us within 14 days that you wish to return something, we will take the following action:

• We will send you a confirmation after receipt of your request.
• We will send you a new product or your payment will be refunded within 5 working days.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The following products cannot be returned to us:

• All Fraenck Custom products. Tastes differ and we do not want to sell your design to anyone else.
• Products of a hygienic nature. Such as facemasks, lingerie, etc.
