Shipping delays
Due to several large commissions and a large number of orders, shipping takes longer than usual. The delay could take up to a week. Our apologies! We are doing everything we can to make sure your order arrives as soon as possible. If you are ever wondering about the current state of your order, or have any other question, send us a message at contact@fraenck.com.

Exceptions are made for products that we can send via letter mail (such as face masks). You can see the actual shipping costs in the checkout!

Delivery / Shipping
In general, the following applies:
If you order before 15:00, we will do our utmost to ship your order the same day. Because all our products are handmade and often even made-to-order, it can happen that we can only send it a day later.
We work with various delivery services, including:
- Cycle couriers
- PostNL
- DHL
For international shipping, we choose a provider for each specific order.
As soon as we have posted your order, you will receive a track & trace link in your email. If it's a product under 40 euros, for example 2 mouthguards, we will send it as a letter, without track&trace. Provided it fits through the letterbox.
Does it (instinctively) take too long before you receive your order? Let us know and we will see if we can find out where your package is.
Did you order a custom product? Then we will make sure your order is shipped within 5 days.
Shipping times
As a rule, our delivery services deliver the day after we have sent your order. So if you ordered before 15:00, you can expect it the next day. Circumstances (such as COVID-19) may cause it to take a little longer than normal. We do not deliver on Sundays. Do you want your package faster? Please let us know.
Should it take longer for us to ship an order, due to circumstances or other reasons, we will let you know as soon as possible. In that case you can cancel your order free of charge. If you have already paid, we will make sure that you get your money back as soon as possible, at least within 5 working days.
In the unlikely event that a product is no longer in stock, we will return your payment a.s.a.p. or offer you an alternative.
Lost package or damaged order?
Als een item beschadigt tijdens transport of zelfs kwijtraakt, dan is dat onze verantwoordelijkheid en zorgen we ervoor dat je een nieuw item opgestuurd krijgt.
