After receiving your purchase, you have 14 days to return the product. You have to pay the shipping costs yourself. We will send you a new product or we will refund your payment within 5 working days. The choice is yours!

6. Price

There is no difference between the prices in our shops and on our website.

All prices shown include VAT.

7. Compliance and Warranty

We strive to deliver a quality product. All Fraenck items come with a 1 year guarantee. If the product is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it. In this case the shipping costs are for our account. We cannot compensate for usage damage such as wear and tear. However, we are always willing to see what can be done at a reasonable cost. After all, we don't like to throw things away unnecessarily!

If your Fraenck item has reached the end of its lifecycle, we ask that you return it to us at our expense so that we can recycle the materials and otherwise ensure that any remnants are properly separated. For your trouble, we'll give you 15% discount on your next purchase! Send us a message if you want to recycle your Fraenck.

8. Delivery and Execution

If you order something from us before 3 p.m., we will do our utmost to send it out the same day and it will usually be delivered the next working day (or Saturday). If you have ordered a Fraenck Custom product it works differently. In this case we will make it especially for you. In this case we will send the product within 5 working days!
Should a delivery take longer or if we are unable to deliver something on time, we will let you know as soon as possible. At that point you can cancel your purchase. If you have already paid in advance, you will be refunded as soon as possible, but within 5 working days at the latest.
If we can no longer deliver a product you ordered, you will be refunded or offered a good alternative. You may also exchange this replacement product at any time, taking into account the aforementioned conditions.
If a product is damaged or lost before it reaches you or a recipient designated by you, this is our responsibility.

Do you have a complaint? We always try to help you as much as possible. This involves the following procedure:

  • If you have a complaint, please let us know as soon as possible. Describe your problems as clearly as possible by e-mail, on the phone or in the shop. Or via the chat.
  • You will receive a reply from us within 2 days at the latest. We will try to help you immediately, otherwise you will be told how much time we need to put things right.
